On 8 December, join thousands of walkers along an unforgettable 5k or 10k route through the streets of London. We're taking big steps to raise money and help to make sure every family has a warm, safe place to call home.  

Your night will begin at 26 Leake Street near Waterloo Station where you can collect your beanie hat before heading out on the walk. 

As you pass iconic landmarks lit up for Christmas along the River Thames, you'll also be shining a light on something that can’t be ignored—the growing housing emergency that's leaving families without a safe place to call home.  

You'll be surrounded by thousands of like-minded Shelter supporters. This walk is perfect for families, friends, colleagues or solo walkers who want to spread some festive cheer for a positive cause. Take in the Christmas lights, soak up the atmosphere and be a part of the fight for home this winter.
